PadCoach Terms.

01License to use the app

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use PadCoach on your own devices for its intended purpose: learning and practising finger drumming. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app, and you may not extract or redistribute the lessons, backing music, or sounds inside it.

02Purchases

The first five lessons are free. Everything after that is unlocked by a one-time Lifetime Unlock, purchased through Apple. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. All billing is handled by Apple, and refunds are requested and issued through Apple. There is no visibility into or control over your payment details.

The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores on your other devices and on a reinstall. Use Restore purchases in the app's Settings if it does not appear automatically.

03Game Center

Where PadCoach offers an optional Game Center leaderboard, taking part is your choice. If you sign in to Game Center, your use of that service is governed by Apple's terms and Apple's privacy policy, not by these terms. Decline it and every other part of the app works exactly the same.

04Play safely

Finger drumming is a physical activity. Warm up, take breaks, and stop if anything hurts. Keep your listening volume at a level that is comfortable, especially on headphones. PadCoach is a practice tool, not medical or ergonomic advice.

05No warranty

PadCoach is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with any particular MIDI controller, or fit for any particular purpose.

06Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phil Woolley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PadCoach, including lost progress, lost data, or lost income.
