Silly Scan Terms.
These cover your use of Silly Scan: Time Warp Camera, the camera toy for kids made by Phil Woolley. They are short on purpose, and they follow the shared Phil Woolley terms of use.

Silly Scan is free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and nothing to unlock. Apple handles the download through the App Store.
02License
Silly Scan is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few plain-language points on top of it. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement wins.
03Grown-ups and kids
Silly Scan is made for children to play with. A parent or guardian who gets it for a child accepts these terms on that child's behalf.
The fun of the app is moving around in front of the camera, so please keep an eye on young children while they play, and give them room away from stairs, sharp corners, and anything breakable.
04Acceptable use
Use Silly Scan for what it is for: making silly pictures and videos for fun. Only scan people who are happy to be scanned, and do not use the pictures to embarrass, harass, or bully anyone. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Everything you make with Silly Scan belongs to you. The pictures never leave your device unless you share them yourself, and Silly Scan claims no rights over them.
05No warranty
Silly Scan is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, work on every device, or be fit for any particular purpose.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phil Woolley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Silly Scan, including lost pictures or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
07Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Silly Scan after that means you accept the updated terms.
