Samplomatic Terms.
These cover your use of Samplomatic, the iOS auto-sampler made by Phil Woolley. They follow the shared Phil Woolley terms of use.
Effective July 21, 202601License to use the app
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Samplomatic on your own devices for its intended purpose: recording, sampling, and building keygroup programs. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app itself.
02Purchases
Samplomatic offers a one-time $9.99 full unlock, purchased through Apple. All billing is handled by Apple, and refunds are requested and issued through Apple. There is no visibility into or control over your payment details.
You own your recordings and exports. Anything you record in the app, and any .xpm programs or files you export, belong to you. Samplomatic claims no rights over your content.
03No warranty
Samplomatic is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
04Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phil Woolley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Samplomatic, including lost recordings, lost data, or lost income.
